This pin was purchased at Walt Disney World and is from the 2013 Character Lock Pin With Purchase Limited Release Collection Pin Set. Notably, it was part of a purchase with a purchase promotion. Guests attending the 13 Reflections of Evil Event (September 13-15, 2013) had the opportunity to participate in a “1st purchase opportunity” by spending $30 in event merchandise. In fact for each $30 spent, you had the option to purchase one of these mystery pins.
