Background Information For Football:

American football, referred to as football in the United States and Canada and also known as gridiron, is a team sport played by two teams of eleven players on a rectangular field with goalposts at each end.  The offense, which is the team controlling the oval-shaped football, attempts to advance down the field by running with or passing the ball.  In contrast, the defense, which is the team without control of the ball, aims to stop the offense’s advance and aims to take control of the ball for themselves.  The offense must advance at least ten yards in four downs, or plays, and otherwise they turn over the football to the defense.  If the offense succeeds in advancing ten yards or more, they get a new set of four downs.

Teams primarily score points by advancing the ball into the opposing team’s end zone for a touchdown or kicking the ball through the opponent’s goalposts for a field goal.  The team with the most points at the end of a game wins.

Background Information For Collecting Magnets:

Collecting magnets is a hobby.  Importantly, some collect magnets from their travels.  Others collect magnets with a theme.  Further, souvenir shops worldwide sell magnets.  Indeed, there is no universal term for magnet collecting.  In fact, a Russian collector has proposed the term memomagnetics.  Also, he would call a magnet collector a memomagnetist.  Moreover, at least one Russian online group for magnet collectors uses these terms.

In addition, according to Collector’s Lot magazine, in March 1999, Tony Lloyd coined the term “thuramgist” for a “collector of fridge magnets”.

At one time, Louise J. Greenfarb from Nevada owned the largest verified collection of refrigerator magnets.  In 1997, Guinness World Records cited her world record of 19,300 items.  In addition, according to the British “Book of alternative records,” it later grew to over 30,000 items.  Also, over 7,000 magnets from Greenfarb’s collection once were shown at the now closed Guinness Museum in Las Vegas.  As of November 2015, Louise has around 45,000 plus non-duplicate refrigerator magnets.  But the Guinness process is too taxing to keep validating the exact number.
